Post Vacation

 Well now I get a chance to write.  I initially planned to write daily while I were on our trip so I could document that but I never did in the end. I kind of like doing this and may continue it in a bigger notebook once this ones complete.  Of course with my luck I would stop doing it and then have a half assed attempt at a journal. But I guess its better than a blog.  I at least write here more often then in the blog.  I think its because I constantly have this on me and can write in my spare time.  So I'm not forced to give something my undivided attention. Times now 7:45 AM so Amber should be waking in about an hour and I should be getting my break soon.  Of course should be and are, are two different words.  I got paid yesterday and now have $17 to my name.  My money leaves my account quick.  I'm considering getting food but that money should really be saved so I guess I'll be saving it.  It shall be added to the Analicia needs a car fund.  Right now it has $165 in it after I pay Amber back.  But I think my Wood Forest account is going to be my savings account for my car.  It will have close to $300 when I deposit the money into this account.  Doesn't sound like much but it adds up.

The Day Before Vacation

So now the countdown has begun.  I have 5 hours and 32 minutes and 15 seconds until vacation time.  So I'm officially through with my mother for today after what she just did.  Work asked me if I wanted to stay longer or go home.  So called my sister who said she could come get me.  So an hour later my mom gets there then needs to shop in Home Depot.

Almost Vacation Time

Shortly after I got off the phone with Amber, my grandmother called.  We talked for almost 3 hours before I noticed I had a text message saying they needed someone at work.  So I'm working until 9:30 PM which gives me 6 hours so not too bad.  Which means 6 hours still left to work and I am going to try to get to work till 2 so I have all 29 hours if they let me tomorrow.  Unlikely but possible depending on whose working.  Either way I have a little more then 24 hours until trip time.  So that in itself is nice.

Dates and Numbers

As of currently as I write there is 2 days, 11 hours, 24 minutes and 46 seconds until my Great Wolf Lodge trip, I'm really excited for this trip.  Random dates to look forward to though:

Amber's Birthday - 137 days
Christmas - 4 months, 1 day, 16 hours

Currently my pet peeve is that everyone keeps asking me why I'm here so early when I don't work until 8 today.  Sorry I'm being punctual and showing up no matter what life throws at me.  Lack of car sucks ass and everything I do to help isn't enough.  But only 6 more hours to go and then a few on Sunday although I'll hopefully pick up some more hours on Sunday if possible.  But with Ethel here I doubt it will be possible.  Yesterday, she got upset with me for talking for a few minutes with a coworker.  Either way time to clock in, I'll write more on my break.  Tis break time my food just got done.  So I have to shove down piping hot food in 1 minute.  Should be intersting.  Now I'm thinking of getting some chips but honestly I want Freebirds.  Nice monster burrito with everyhing on it.  And I mean everything that way I'm nice and full.

Mom's Birthday

Originally I was only going to write on the days that I worked but knew there was no way I would fill this in time for the Great Wolf Trip.  So I decided I'll write whenever I have free time.  It's Mom's birthday today, she turned 44.  Makes her old now I guess.  Maybe I'll play LEGO Star Wars, which Amber got me for my birthday.  I can work on getting all my achievements.

Returns Desk

Returns today and Jesus Christ it was insane.  I hardly had a break while up there and for the first 3 hours I was the only one.  Luckily no one needed to do anything on customer service that I didn't know.  The only hard part was answering the phones since they were on different sides.  But Nick mentioned he was going to give me a Homer Award.

I was on self check today.  I got to work a puny 3 hours.  Pissed off Ethel so she felt the need to tell me what I did wrong.  Sorry, I though customer service was the most important here.  But I guess according to her I wasn't doing it right.

Boredom While Working

 It's been a while since I've written.  I was originally scheduled 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM but got called in early and get to stay late.  So instead of a 5 1/2 hour shift I get 8 hours.  Which reminds me, I need to text my mom and tell her I'm staying longer.  But I'm excited to be going to Great Wolf Lodge soon.  10 days by my math.  Texted Amber's mom this morning about how I'm getting there and haven't recieved a text back.  Maybe I'll just call during my lunch.  Which I'm going to try to delay until Amber is off work if I can.  Amber's mom texted me back.  She said she didn't know how I was getting there but it would be figured out.  That doesn't sound promising.  But now its lunch time so all is good.  Had to tell a customer he couldn't park in our loading zone.  He wasn't happy but I stood my ground and didn't care what he had to say about it.  There are 7 signs now. Do as they say damnit.  I'm sitting here bored out of my mind not really sure what to do.  I have support tickets (YouVersion Bible app) that need to be answered but I don't have a computer to use so I'm out of luck.  Plus I'm not taking anymore until after I'm done with Great Wolf.  Cause honestly I think it shall be a snuggle Amber to death week.  Cause she will be mine.  Anyways now I'm just sitting here although I've been told I'm getting 32 hours this week which is fine by me.

Reading is Hard

 So instead of working on Listia last night I was talking to Amber.  But then again I prefer talking to Amber.  Today has been balls.  Had some idiot who couldn't read a price tag and thought her molding was $6.25 a board.  It was $6.25 a foot and at 81 feet that totals well over $500.  So I have a ton of molding out over here and no one bought it.  Stupid stupid people.  I hurt in weird places and I'm hungry.  Yet I'm short a dollar for a hotdogs but it doesn't matter because he left.  I need to pee but there are no extra people here so I can't go.  Only a cashier gets to be treated like they are 5 and need permission to go pee.
